Lavender is such a versatile oil safe for babies, children, elderly. For as long as I can remember my wife and I have used lavender along our babies spine + feet before bed, to promote a deep restful sleep. luckily all three have been very deep sleepers and who knows maybe its from all that acupuncture and oils while in the womb lol.
